To celebrate 20 years since its inception, the World Drug Report 2017 is presented in a new five-booklet format designed to improve reader friendliness while maintaining the wealth of information contained within (UNODC)

The General Report of Activities is an annual publication providing a detailed progress report of the EMCDDA’s activities over a 12-month period. It catalogues the Centre’s achievements in each area of its annual work programme. The report is a useful information source for all those seeking comprehensive information on the Centre and its work (EMCDDA)

The INCB Annual Report, prepared in accordance with the international drug control treaties, reviews the functioning of the international drug control system, contains an analysis of the global drug control situation, draws attention to weaknesses in national and international drug control, and makes recommendations to Governments and regional and international organizations

The EMCDDA Single Programming Document (SPD) for the period 2017–19, which includes the 2017 work programme, is the first work programme to be implemented under the new EMCDDA Strategy 2025. Priority in 2017 will be given to improving core monitoring tasks and to operating the EU Early Warning System under a new regulation on new psychoactive substances, which is expected to enter into force in the course of the year

The 2015 Annual Report (132-page PDF) provides an overview of UNODC’s work across the globe in assisting Member States to address the threat posed by drugs, crime and terrorism. In addition to highlighting the Office’s achievements for the year, it showcases the human impact of UNODC’s work through a series of success stories and the effect on the ground (UNODC)

Four more US states legalise cannabis sale (EMCDDA)

Building on current partial decriminalization models that have helped to achieve more effective drug policies and positive outcomes, with a greater emphasis on justice, dignity and human rights, this report advocates ending all penalties – both civil and criminal – on people who use drugs ( Global Commission on Drug Policy)

The Report concluded that the governments of the ASEAN Member States need a more holistic approach to overcome the challenges posed by illicit drug trafficking. The Report underlined the importance for the ASEAN’s drug agencies and authorities to evolve from a one-dimensional control approach to multi-dimensional management approaches

This report presents the key activities performed by the EMCDDA and Europol in 2015 and the results of the implementation of Council Decision 2005/387/JHA on the information exchange, risk assessment and control of new psychoactive substances, including new psychoactive substances notified in 2015, Joint Reports produced, risk assessments conducted and public health-related alerts and advisories issued to the EU Early Warning System Network (EMCDDA)
