2023 Conference – Poster Session Guidelines

2023 Conference

Participants sharing their research in a poster format at the 2023 ISSDP are advised to create a poster in the following format.

  • We recommend a maximum poster size of 85 cm in width and 120 cm in length (A0 paper size). Please present your poster in portrait orientation.
  • Poster headings must include the title of the presentation, the names of authors and their affiliation.
  • The poster should be a text size that will be easily legible from a short distance.
  • Graphs, pictures, etc. are an interesting addition.
  • The content of the presentation must reflect the summary of information given in the abstract.

Participants who wish to print their poster in Leuven can find print shops around the city. We recommend Alpha Copy, located on Tiensestraat 89, 3000 Leuven or Print Shop Copy Center, with shops located around the city including at Vlamingenstraat 2, 3000 Leuven.
